Lanz Cabinets is currently hiring for an Assistant Field Manager to help coordinate and facilitate installation projects in the Los Angeles and San Diego areas. This position is a full-time, exempt position.
The Assistant Manager is responsible for coordinating jobsite deliveries and offload logistics, managing jobsite labor in order to meet the cabinet installation schedule, effectively communicating issues and challenges with clients and the Field Manager, effectively implementing Lanz standards on all jobsites.
Required Experience:
Minimum 5 years of cabinet installation experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to build relationships with leadership and employees.
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office programs.
Analytical and observational skills, able to fulfill expectations for this leadership position.
