LoCo General Construction is seeking an experienced, hands-on Construction Foreman to lead commercial retail, tenant-improvement, and institutional projects throughout Los Angeles. We are a fast-growing general contractor known for high standards, problem-solving, and delivering the “impossible” on tight timelines.
Position: Construction Foreman
Location: Greater Los Angeles
Schedule: Full-time (day/night shifts as needed)
Compensation: Hourly, based on experience + benefits

What You’ll Do
Lead on-site crews for commercial retail, service work, TI, and light new-construction projects
Coordinate daily tasks, manpower, sub-contractors, and jobsite logistics
Perform and oversee framing, carpentry, drywall, demo, and general building tasks
Ensure work is performed to code, to spec, and on schedule
Conduct site walks, safety checks, and material take-offs
Communicate progress with project managers and clients
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite environment
Solve problems quickly and keep projects moving forward

What We’re Looking For
5+ years in commercial construction; 2+ years in a lead or foreman role
Strong understanding of retail construction, service work, and fast-paced environments
Ability to read plans, field-measure, and communicate scope clearly
Knowledge of safety standards (Cal/OSHA) and jobsite compliance
Reliable leadership, work ethic, and professional appearance
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to work independently or lead a diverse crew

Preferred Skills
Ability to perform basic carpentry, framing, light electrical knowledge, and general building trades
Experience coordinating multiple trades and managing nightly or off-hours work
Tech-friendly: able to use phones/tablets for daily logs, photos, and updates
