Farnsworth Builders, Inc. builds high-end custom homes throughout Los Angeles. We’re seeking experienced Superintendents interested in long-term roles with a growing luxury home builder.
This position is for hands-on superintendents who understand residential construction from the ground up and take pride in quality, organization, and jobsite execution.
Ideal Candidates Have:
Proven experience overseeing residential construction projects
Strong understanding of plans, sequencing, and jobsite workflow
Hands-on experience across multiple trades (framing, finish carpentry, electrical, plumbing, tile, drywall)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
You Will:
Oversee daily jobsite operations on high-end custom homes
Maintain quality control and attention to detail
Strong communicator with a solution-oriented mindset
Keep the jobsite organized, clean, and on schedule
