Real Property Management East San Gabriel Valley and Ventura County is hiring a dependable Handyman / Maintenance Technician to support ongoing residential maintenance work. This is a 1099 contractor position with consistent work available.
PAY
$250 per full day
$125 per half day
Weekly pay

WHAT YOU'LL DO
General residential repairs
Minor plumbing: toilets, faucets, leaks
Minor electrical: outlets, switches, lights
Door & lock repairs
Drywall patching
Paint touch-ups
Caulking & sealing
Punch-list / turnover tasks
EXPECTATIONS
Show up on time
Communicate clearly with office staff
Take before/after photos
Provide brief notes on work completed
Keep work areas clean
Represent Real Property Management with professionalism
REQUIREMENTS
Must have your own vehicle
Must have your own basic tools
Able to work independently
Experience in handyman, maintenance, or construction strongly preferred
Able to travel Pasadena ↔ Simi Valley
1099 contractor (not a W2 employee)
