- Coordinating administrative projects, including environmental and compliance files and taxes.
- Competency in Microsoft applications (including Word, Outlook and Excel) skills required.
- Background in accounting required.
- Accounting software experience preferred.
- Quick learner to navigate our billing and pricing systems.
- Detail oriented and very organized
- Able to address and resolving any client questions or issues that may arise
- Strong communication abilities
- Able to handle responsibilities as they come
