Fort Bragg Center for Laser and Cosmetic Dentistry is growing and we are looking for a full time Dental Assistant. Experience is preferred but will train the right person. Schedule is full time 4 to 5 days per week.
Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during dental procedures
Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
Acquire radiographs and intraoral photos
Prepare and maintain patient records.
Perform patient assessments, including taking vital signs and medical history.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
Schedule patient appointments and manage patient flow.
Experience:
Previous experience as a dental assistant preferred, but will train the right person.
Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments preferred.
Basic understanding of computers and software utilized in a dental care setting.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
