Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, curriculum development, and experience working with students. Hours are Monday and Wednesday 8:30am - 2:30pm and paid flexible preparation time.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum
- Provide instruction in various subjects such as Math, Language Arts, Social Studies, Science, and other relevant areas
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to create a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and educational initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field is prefered but not required
- Teaching certification/license is prefered but not required
- Experience working with students in a classroom setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
