Adecco is looking to hire a Technical Support Representative for their client in Montebello, CA. This is a temp to hire position. Pay ranges from $25.00-27.00/hr.Ideal candidate should have proven experience in technical support or a related field with strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis. Candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detailed oriented and be able to work in fast paced environment.Job duties include:

Troubleshoot service issues with third-party and field technicians.

Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve technical issues promptly, especially on escalated machines.

Review and analyze machine service history, providing detailed reports as needed.

Collaborate with Technical Support Management and Product department on resolving complex scenarios, particularly during emergency service cases.

Provide technical consultation on service reports and invoices from service providers to our service administration department upon request.

Offer technical support and recommendations regarding machine parts inquiries.

Update service incident/case details with troubleshooting steps and resolutions for return trip requests and possible recalls.

Communicate and report prioritized service issues according to the escalation process.
