Historic Stokes Adobe, in downtown Monterey, is hiring for an experienced PM Line Cook. We are seeking dedicated culinary professionals who have experience in fast paced kitchens with high standards for quality of food and service. Wages/salaries are competitive and based on experience.
Expected Hours:
5 days per week, from 4:00 - close
Duties:
- Prepare dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Monitor food quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- Knowledge of fine dining techniques and recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work well in a team
Pay: $20 - $23 per hour
