JOB TITLE: Warehouse Maintenance

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for maintaining a clean and well-organized yard, warehouse, building, and shed. Ability to work 5 days a week Mon-Fri, 2-3hrs day.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow all rules required by Toro Petroleum and local state laws.
Follow all health and safety procedures and regulations as required by Toro Petroleum.
Must be able to work with others.
Ability to receive and understand instructions in English and give feedback.
Must be able to utilize and maintain proper PPE when provided.
Organize yard, warehouse, front building, and shed.
Take out garbage as required.
Refill the window washer supplies.
Unload/load oil pails to/from company truck and customer vehicles.
Safely fill customers propane tanks.
Yard maintenance, including raking leaves and removing other landscape debris.
Clean up tank containment areas, including fuel spills and properly dispose of any cleaning materials.
Paint tanks as needed.
Ability to perform other needed tasks not provided at the time of reading this job description, asked by Supervisor/Management.
Skills/Qualifications:
Propane certification
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to accurately complete basic math functions.
Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds.
Ability to stand, sit, squat, walk, pull, push, and climb for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to work outdoors in a variety of temperatures and environments.
