Base Line Qualifications:
- MINIMUM of 5-10 years of experience in the HVAC trade.
- Positive friendly attitude and the ability to work well with others.
- Good DMV record and current driver license
- Competent working knowledge of air conditioning refrigerant operation.
- The DESIRE to be successful, and live the life you want.
- Ability to be a self-starter, follows directions, and practice good communication skills.
- Competent in brazing, soldering, basic pipe fitting, and understanding of refrigerant circuit diagrams.
- Mini Split /Duct Less Multi Zone Experience
- Furnace installs experience
- The ability to diagnose issues with HVAC equipment
- EPA Certification
