Collaborate with Lead Advisors: Participate in meetings, gather client data, create financial plans, and present them to clients.

Work with the Advisory Group, Investment Department, and Client Services Department throughout the wealth-management process.

Assist in collecting client data and defining their goals.

Analyze client financial documents.

Contribute to developing financial plans, investment policy statements, and portfolio reports.

Implement and monitor client financial plans in collaboration with external advisors.

Prepare client correspondence and presentations.

Maintain databases for clients, advisors, and prospects.

Assist in integrating technology solutions.

Support the implementation of document management systems.

Requirements

At least 3+ years of financial planning experience in a RIA (e.g. Paraplanner)

Must be at least already in the CFP program if currently not a CFP

Must have strong communication and relationship building skills
