Primary responsibilities of this position include supporting Document Management process and troubleshooting user issues.
Provides metrics, runs reports, supports user testing for document management systems. Supports management of SOPs and other controlled documents.
Supports management of Quality Agreements related to DMS.
Supports management of DMS knowledge share site.
qualifications:
High school/GED + 2 years work experience OR Associate + 6 months work experience OR Bachelor's
Quality assurance or manufacturing experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
