Active Directory Administration (Azure AD)

Job Scope/Responsibilities:
Handling various requests either through the ticket system
Handling map drives
Logging someone off a stuck Citrix meeting
M365 assisting with provisioning of users.
Workstation set-ups
2FA set-up
Inventory
Identity and access review
Workstation deployment
Basic application troubleshooting
Limited travel through SoCal. OC to San Diego
Travel is as needed – no regular schedule
Supporting around 15 clients
