Description Growing Company located in Ontario is seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper proficient in QuickBooks (desktop) and experienced in handling a range of accounting tasks. Intermediate Excel skills, spreadsheet maintenance. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing financial records. This role requires not only technical expertise but also effective communication skills to interact with vendors and staff. Please call Brigitte Mendez @ 909-717-4037 or call your Robert Half Recruiter directly.Key Responsibilities:QuickBooks Proficiency: Manage all aspects of financial transactions using QuickBooks, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.Payroll (PR): Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and maintaining employee records.Utilizing ADPGeneral Ledger (G/L): Maintain the general ledger, including posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, expenses, assisting with month end close.Bank Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are promptly addressed. C/Card reconciliationsAccounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including issuing invoices, processing payments, and collections.(soft and hard calls)Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Interact with vendors, and internal stakeholders professionally and effectively, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.
