We have an entry Level position for an Office and customer service assistant. The Ideal candidate will be extremely organized and detail oriented. You will have good communication and organizational skills. It is crucial that the candidate can multitask, interact with customers on the telephone effectively. The ideal candidate has a strong ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Data Entry: Customer order entry and Assist AP with entering of Supplier invoices.
Filling: As instructed
Shipping and Receiving: Receive, sort and organize products Pull and ship stock and custom orders. Track and verify orders. Deal with return shipments (preparation and paperwork)
Phone calls and emails: Answer incoming customer phone calls and emails.
Minimum Qualifications:
Excellent (Email and phone) customer service skills required.( QuickBooks Knowledge)
Must be coachable
Punctual and dependable.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform work efficiently and accurately
Ability to work independently and in a Team environment
Ability to lift 50 LBS.
