What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Proven experience working with teenagers, especially those with ADHD or other behavioral disorders, is essential. We seek someone who understands the unique challenges and joys of adolescence.
Skills: Strong organizational skills to help manage the kids' schedules, homework, and extracurricular activities. A knack for teaching manners, etiquette, and life skills tailored to their needs is highly desired.
Character: We need someone patient, empathetic, and supportive who can foster a safe and encouraging environment, emphasizing respect, courtesy, and structured routines.
Responsibilities: Your role will include supervising and assisting with homework, planning and participating in activities, providing transportation to and from school and events, and offering guidance and mentorship in areas such as table manners, social etiquette, and respectful communication, all while accommodating their specific needs.
Requirements:
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-Excellent references from previous childcare roles, particularly those involving ADHD
-Flexibility with hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
