Position Overview: As a Frontend Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a delightful experience. You’ll be the friendly face that greets them, assists with their orders, and provides exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries
Take orders for bakery items, including custom cakes and pastries
Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences
Handle payment transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and organized storefront
Collaborate with the bakery team to ensure timely order fulfillment
Address customer concerns or complaints professionally
Learn to decorate cupcakes, cookies and cakes
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling payments
Passion for baked goods and customer satisfaction
