We are a fast growing, high volume restaurant in Irvine area looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager candidate to join our team. Open schedule availability is a must.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant
- Strong culinary background, experience managing and training staff and leadership experience
- Experience with day to day kitchen organization: prep, scheduling, ordering, quality control, facility oversight, health department requirements
- Looking for long-term commitment team player, someone who wants to invest in our company and grow with us
- Must have strong communication skills and bring a positive attitude to workplace everyday
