The Santa Ana Elks Lodge is seeking an experienced Dining room manager to lead our Team in providing exceptional SERVICE to our members, their guests and families. We are a full-service restaurant and bar that is busy at Lunch and dinner We need a leader who can assist our Team in the ultimate goal of ensuring everyone has a fantastic dining experience, follow up on our procedures, monitor labor and touch all Tables to ensure the dining experience is positive.
