Job description:

ABOUT US & THE ROLE We are a boutique residential care home located in the beautiful coastal community of San Clemente. We are not a "facility" in the traditional sense; we are a home. Our 6-bed residence is owner-operated and dedicated to providing a level of care that feels like family. We pride ourselves on creating a safe, dignified, and loving environment where our residents truly thrive.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Relief Caregiver to take the helm on weekends. This is a critical role in our family; you are the person we trust to maintain our high standards while our live-in team takes their well-deserved rest. We are looking for a proactive professional who sees what needs to be done without being asked—someone who takes pride in cooking a delicious meal, keeping a spotless home, and connecting deeply with our residents. If you are looking for a workplace where you are respected, supported, and your detailed care makes a tangible difference, we would love to meet you.
