Apartment located in the city of La Habra seeking a full time (Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm) apartment maintenance manager for 106 units.
Prior property maintenance experience minimum 2-3 years preferred
Job duties include:
Attending to the maintenance and repair for the property, such as plumbing, basic electrical, basic carpentry, basic woodworking, drywall repair/replacement, stucco minor roof repair.
Light janitorial cleaning laundry room, hallways, carport stairs and decks.
Able to lift 50 pounds
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Position is a temp to hire, will stay temp for 3 months as a probationary period. After 520 hours worked Eligible for hire. Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K Benefits
