ProWest Engineering Inc. is seeking a motivated general construction laborer
ProWest Engineering is a 3rd generation, woman-owned, family-oriented, career-minded company We are primarily focused on commercial and retail site work. Work generally includes retail centers, medical buildings, office buildings, homeowner communities, convenience stores and many other locations. Our projects range from $20k - $3 mil and business is always growing.
We have an immediate opening for a reliable and motivated individual. Little to no experience is required, however general knowledge of construction methods is a plus. Your basic personal tools and protective gear will be required.

All applicants must :
- Be able to take directions and act on them accordingly
- Be capable of working independently with success and efficiency
- Make good decisions
- Be willing and able to work weekends and overtime as needed
- Be able to safely operate common trade tools and equipment
- Demonstrate ability to absorb on-the-job training
- Be able to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours.
- Be able to navigate construction sites without being a danger to oneself or others
- Be able to lift and carry 100 pounds with proper lifting technique multiple times per day.
- Account and maintain all company supplied tools, equipment, and materials at all times
- Have current and valid California State Driver's License and acceptable driving record
