Office Assistant (Part-time/Student/Flexible Hours & Days)

Position Overview:
Assist a small construction company with a variety of tasks. Potential for full-time employment based on performance.
Responsibilities:
Help with applying for permits
Manage emails, calls, payroll tasks, online purchases
Contact vendors for estimates and send documents to clients & vendors
Drive to side jobs when needed
Communicate with subcontractors
Perform general office duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bilingual: Fluent in both English & Spanish (read, write, and speak)
Minimum high school diploma (college or university students preferred)
Must have your own transportation
Must live in South Orange County
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Knowledge of QuickBooks (preferred but not required)
Ability to work flexible hours (can accommodate school/work schedule)
