The Legal Operations Group (LOC) is building a national consortium of attorneys and legal professionals focused on innovation, compliance, and operational excellence. We’re seeking licensed attorneys to join our network for part-time subcontract work including:
Court appearances
Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
Client communications and review
Co-counsel or partnership opportunities to expand your pipeline
LOC provides the operational infrastructure—intake, case management, compliance systems, and back-office support—allowing you to focus on practicing law while we help fill your calendar.
We’re currently onboarding attorneys in areas such as:
Foreclosure defense & real estate litigation
Probate, bankruptcy, and unlawful detainer
Civil litigation and consumer law
Ideal Candidate:
Active State Bar license (CA preferred, others welcome)
Open to collaboration and subcontract partnerships
Comfortable working within structured systems
Seeking supplemental caseload or long-term partnership opportunities
Compensation:
Project-based, hourly, or percentage-based arrangements depending on assignment type.
