Responsibilities:
- Soldering experience is required.
- Perform production assembly operations, including connector assembly, labeling, packaging, and in-process testing.
- Operate basic hand tools.
Preferred Experience:
- Wire preparation, stripping, tinning, and crimping cables.
- Encapsulation/epoxy operations and ultrasonic welding.
- IPC 610, IPC 620, and J-STD certifications.
- Injection mold operation.
Requirements:
- Punctual, energetic, and positive attitude.
- Reliable with good verbal and written comprehension.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
- Basic measurement skills (rulers, scales, micrometers, calipers).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
Education:
- Required: High School diploma or GED.
- Preferred: Associate or technical degree in electronics/advanced mechanics or equivalent experience in a QSR/FDA-regulated environment.
Details:
- 2nd shift: 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, M-F
- 40 hrs/week + Overtime (1.5x pay) as needed
