About the Role
We are seeking a strong candidate to support one of our affordable housing communities in Aliso Viejo. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment and requires someone who is confident, patient, and exceptional with customer service.
We are open to:
Temp-to-hire candidates with a minimum of 2 years of Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience, OR
A highly capable and assertive Administrative Assistant who can handle phones, resident interactions, and support the Community Manager.
The ideal candidate will help manage resident inquiries, assist with administrative tasks, and provide strong support at a busy and demanding site.
Compensation & Benefits (Temp-to-Hire → Full-Time Employee)
Hourly Rate: $25–$28/hour depending on experience.
Once hired full-time, employees are eligible for:
Travel & Technology Allowance: Equivalent to $1,800 per year

Requirements
For Tax Credit Candidates:
Minimum 2 years of experience working at a Tax Credit (LIHTC) property
Understanding of compliance, certifications, and affordable housing processes
For Administrative Candidates:
Strong customer service skills
Ability to interact with a demanding resident population
Professional and assertive communication
Ability to support a busy property management office
