Looking for a Jr Processor Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred (But not a must). Must be FAST-PUSHY-AGGRESSIVE friendly, hard worker, fast thinker and motivated to help Sales Staff as well as Loan Processors. MUST be familiar with Point / Encompass data entry. Stacking, Prepping Files, Condition follow up and retrieval of trailing Items for Sr Processor.
Familiarity with DU/LP. FHA and Conventional understanding also a HUGE PLUS.
We are a Direct Lender with very 'in office' busy foot traffic as well as Virtual Origination/Table Top Funding.
