Real Estate and Property Management Personal assistant
My wife and I are looking for an assistant to help us with our commercial real estate leasing and portfolio. We’re looking for someone with great people skills, communication, electronic organization, computers and database management skills. Must be self motivated, detailed, organized, able to call strangers, have a positive attitude. Must be technologically proficient. Ideally someone interested in commercial real estate, property management and business. Must be able to work independently and together with either of us and navigate technology well. Start date flexible, but the sooner the better.
Job description:
- Part time 24-29 hours a week, varies from week to week.
- Small team, upbeat/positive work environment. Stable company with no debt.
- $25-$30/hour base on experience plus some performance bonus.
- Must be able to work from our home office in San Clemente and occasionally out in the field.

Requirements
Can organize and prioritize task lists and take action without being reminded/followed up on.
Positive “Can Do” attitude – Delighted to help/work, doesn’t complain. Finds ways to be helpful and accomplish
projects/tasks.
Consistency and be reliable is a must as well as having your own transportation to work. This is not a work at your home
job.
English composition can use good grammar and write well.
Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, etc)
Must have minimum 2 years experience, the more the better.
