We are looking for motivated, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Unarmed Security Guards.
Responsibilities
Maintain a visible security presence to deter illegal or inappropriate actions
Monitor and patrol assigned premises (foot)
Access control: verify identification, visitor logs, and check-ins
Scan and wand down visitors and employees
Provide excellent customer service and assist visitors
Complete detailed and accurate daily activity and incident reports
Follow client-specific post orders, company procedures, and emergency protocols
Communicate effectively with supervisors, law enforcement, and emergency responders
Monitor CCTV surveillance
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid state-issued unarmed security guard license or ability to obtain (company may assist qualified candidates)
Must pass background check and drug screening
Strong communication and observation skills
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and work in varying weather conditions
Professional appearance, attitude, and customer service skills
Prior security or military/law enforcement experience preferred but not required
Preferred Qualifications
CPR/First Aid certification
Bilingual (Spanish/English or other languages)
Experience in retail, corporate, hospital, residential, or event security settings
