About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, organized, and trustworthy Sales Assistant to support the Founder and sales team across all aspects of the business — from marketing and client communication to inventory coordination, photos, and logistics.

What You’ll Do
-Assist with sales operations, client follow-up, and CRM data entry.
-Support marketing, photography, and online listings for new vehicles.
-Coordinate appointments, vehicle logistics, and detail/service schedules.
-Help prepare cars and documentation for consignment and delivery.
-Keep the showroom, paperwork, and digital systems organized and flawless.
-Anticipate needs — and take initiative before being asked twice.
Who You Are
-Exceptionally organized, punctual, and dependable.
-Trustworthy and professional — discretion is key when dealing with UHNW clients.
-Able to follow direction and execute quickly with precision.
-Tech-savvy and comfortable with basic marketing tools and CRMs.
-Positive, polished, and eager to learn.
-Automotive passion a big plus — but curiosity and drive matter more.
