Ken Grody Ford Buena Park seeks a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our dealership's sales by reaching out to potential customers, managing inquiries, and setting appointments that lead to sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other communication platforms.

Effectively manage and track customer interactions and data.

Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet with prospective customers.

Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships to close sales.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

This job is heavy on phones and computers, not customer-facing.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in customer service or sales; automotive sales experience is a plus.

Proficiency with CRM software and strong computer skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance goals.

A high school diploma is required; further education or certification in sales or customer service is preferred.

English/Spanish Bilingual Preferred
