Do you have a competitive drive and excellent communication skills? We are a rapidly growing home services company seeking motivated Remote Appointment Setters to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for homeowners, setting high-quality appointments for our expert consultants.
What You'll Do:
Use our automated dialer system to connect with potential customers.
Clearly explain the benefits of our solar, roofing, and HVAC services.
Set qualified appointments for our outside sales team.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM.
Achieve and exceed weekly appointment goals.
Requirements:
Must have your own computer and reliable high-speed internet.
A quiet, dedicated workspace free from background noise.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
A positive, resilient, and results-driven attitude.
Previous phone sales, customer service, or appointment setting experience is a huge plus.
Must be coachable and able to follow a script while sounding natural.
