La Quinta Baking Company is looking to hire a friendly and organized Host/Hostesses to join our team and be the first point of contact when greeting our guests. We are looking for someone who is experienced and works well under pressure as we can get very busy and it is a fast paced enviornment. As a host, you will give the guests the first impression of the restaurant, and are therefore, a very important part of the team
Applicant should be personable, informative and professional. Weekend daytime availability a must. Our hours are from 8AM-2:00PM and we are seeking someone who is available to work 3-4 shifts a week.
Host/Hostess responsibilities include greeting guests, providing accurate wait times and escorting customers to the dining and bar areas. For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure.
