Part time Caretaker for young child with medical special needs

Looking for a caregiver for our 13 year old son. He has several medical special needs but an extremely happy boy. No medical background needed, although welcomed, just need the ability to learn. He has cerebral palsy, short gut disorder, epilepsy, tracheostomy, non mobile, nonverbal, and G tube. Pay dependent on willingness to learn and adapt. Looking for 4 hrs 4x a week in the evening on weekdays and some weekends, although we are very flexible.
