Physician Office Labs is a distributor of innovative diagnostic testing solutions, providing healthcare facilities with high-quality products to enhance patient care. We have a distribution agreement for a state-of-the-art urinalysis (UA) test, ideal for physician offices, hospitals, nursing homes, reference labs, and other healthcare organizations.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced 1099 Independent Sales Representative with strong, established relationships within the healthcare industry. The primary focus will be on introducing and selling our UA test to physician offices, hospitals, nursing homes, and reference labs.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based position with significant earning potential. The commission structure is negotiable up to 50% of any income generated from the relationships you directly introduce, depending on the strength and quality of those relationships with physicians, nursing homes, hospitals, and other relevant healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target physician offices, hospitals, nursing homes, and reference labs.

- Leverage existing relationships with decision-makers in these healthcare sectors to introduce and promote our UA test solutions.

- Present product benefits and provide product education to medical professionals and key stakeholders.

- Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and expanding market reach.

- Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Provide feedback from the field to help refine sales strategies and product offerings.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record as a successful 1099 sales representative, preferably with experience in the medical or diagnostic testing field.

- Strong existing relationships with decision-makers in physician offices, hospitals, nursing homes, and reference labs.

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to travel within your designated territory as needed.
