We are seeking compassionate and reliable drivers to join our growing team in Blyth! As a Non-Emergency Medical Transport Driver, you will play a vital role in safely transporting individuals to and from medical appointments, dialysis centers, and other healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities:
Safely transport patients in a timely and courteous manner.
Assist patients with boarding and exiting the vehicle.
Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all passengers.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Valid Class C driver's license.
Pass basic and defensive driving courses (or willingness to complete company-provided training).
Pass a drug screening and background check.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Patience, empathy, and a caring attitude.
Clean driving record.
Communicate effectively with dispatch, patients, and healthcare providers.
Ensure assigned vehicle is maintained and report any issues.
