Conduct daily bank reconciliations including account coding review.
Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation for all entities.
Compile consolidated and standalone financial statements
Track subsidiary income and receivables, updating related spreadsheets.
Reconcile accounts receivable and collect outstanding balances.
Manage credit card program:
Review credit card expense reports on Concur.
Prepare month-end credit card journal entries.
Set up credit card payments.
Prepare monthly journal entries for employee expense reimbursements.
Maintain and update fixed asset schedules quarterly.
Prepare annual property tax return Form 571-L and Use tax return.
Maintain and circulate the option income schedule quarterly.
Requirements
Key requirements:
4+ years of GL accounting experience; open to various industries
Need strong bank reconciliation and debit/credit experience
Tech savvy is a huge plus
CPA Is a huge plus
Professionalism, dependability, integrity and trustworthiness with confidential info
Motivated self-starter, Deadline Orientated, Multi-task, Organized and excellent attention to detail
