Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for a candidate to support one of our large healthcare clients. This candidate will support a robust Microsoft based network running Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, etc. Under the guidance of IT leaders some duties may include: Managing incoming and outgoing assets, preparing systems for deployment, installing and maintaining PC hardware and software. This candidate will also be responsible for troubleshooting network usage and computer peripherals, perform data transfer and recovery, and resolve network communication problems independently. This individual must be known for working efficiently with minimal supervision and must be willing to assist other technicians as needed. Minimum 2 years experience with PC hardware troubleshooting and repair. Well-versed in installing windows, software, applications. PC Desktop, Laptop and Tablet expertise Basic Desktop and Networking support knowledge on Windows Operating systems, OS error conditions, IPConfig Command, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and Group policy. Advanced user of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access). Minimum 1-year experience with direct client interaction and proven customer service.
