Description If you are passionate about project management, digital advertising, and B2B lead generation, and thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Manager for Paid Media Lead Generation & Integrated Growth Plays. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring B2B lead generation and nurture campaign launches are on-time and on-budget. You will manage multiple agency relationships, coordinate tightly with digital advertising, marketing automation, creative, and in-house teams, and drive on-time delivery of creative development, media planning, email execution, sales enablement, and analytics reporting.Key Responsibilities:

Launch digital advertising lead generation growth plays with Sales and Marketing partners targeting key accounts with a focus on lead generation and nurture.

Manage multiple agency relationships (creative, paid social, paid display, and paid search) and multiple KP business partners across Sales and Marketing necessary to launch integrated lead generation paid media campaigns.

Oversee creative development and review process to ensure timely launch of integrated paid media lead generation campaigns.

About the Role:The successful candidate will excel in project managing, documenting, communicating, and managing deliverables, meeting schedules, information share-outs, content reviews, project milestone due dates, and next steps, risks/issues/decisions management & documentation. You will work proactively to keep all stakeholders on task for an on-time go live. The perfect candidate is obsessed with details while always having a pulse on the overall project timeline, risks, and issues to drive teams toward a single launch date.Requirements Top Three Skills Needed:

Paid media / digital advertising / lead generation for B2B audiences

Project and launch management as well as creative management

Stakeholder and agency management

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Minimum of 5+ years of related experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other project planning tools

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Wrike

PMP and/or Scrum Master certification
