Description: Answer incoming telephone calls and initiate outbound calls to customers (60% of the day on the phone) Update payment methods on customers accounts Process payments and refunds while on the phone Initiate outbound calls to collect payments (soft collections on recently past due, max of 2 months overdue, later accounts are sent to a 3rd party collections)Qualifications:
Experience 6 months minimum experience in customer service- telephone answering skills preferred.
Must have experience multi tasking (using computers while talking to customers)
