Description Robert Half is partnering with a cutting-edge biotech company to hire an organized and proactive HR Coordinator. This role is perfect for an HR professional looking to grow their career in a dynamic industry focused on innovation and scientific advancement.Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and managing HR documentation.
Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Manage HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits inquiries.
Support the coordination of employee training programs, performance reviews, and professional development initiatives.
Organize company events, employee recognition programs, and other engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration, including tracking employee leave and processing changes.
Contribute to HR projects, including diversity and inclusion initiatives and process improvements.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in the biotech or life sciences industry.
Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of HR best practices and employment law compliance.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
