OverviewElement has an opportunity for a Material Handler position to perform incoming inspection, packaging, sorting, and verifying customer PO's match to generated work orders. Support production with the movement of parts to support master schedule
Physically move and expedite materials when required in support of production and meet work order completion dates
Verify all materials are packaged and banded for transport, and assists with loading and unloading of trucks when needed
Interface with receiving, quality control, purchasing and other related departments to resolve problems relative to receipt and distribution of material
Identify any FOD
Operate material handling equipment including but not limited to: forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts
Stage jobs based on daily schedules to improve department throughput
Interpret customer PO's to Work Orders and drawings
Drive as needed

Computer experience including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Valid Drivers license
Ensures all work is accurate and free of errors / defects
General administrative methods, principals and practices
