Part time position - Site Manager at Larkspur Self Storage Boat & RV, Brand new storage facility in Redding.
Wage: $20.00 per hour
Hours: 9:00am-3:00pm Tuesday - Saturday, 30 hours per week.
Job Detail:
Rent storage units - showing units, completing rental contracts, explaining rules and regulations of facility. Up-holding rules of contract. Processing payments. Processing move-ins and move-outs. Processing online Auctions, when needed. Advertising/Promoting facility as needed.
Excellent communications skills, good computer skills, excellent customer service skills.
Collections, calling/reminding customers of payments due, attention to customer details, problem solving.
Light grounds maintenance, cleaning out vacant units, sweeping, etc.
COVID-19 considerations: General precautions expected. Surfaces sanitized regularly etc.
Experience: Must have Computer skills, office experience, accounts receivable, accounts payable. Able to work with minimum supervision. Property Management experience helpful.
