DescriptionSAIC is seeking a Junior ServiceNow Developer/ Administrator who is eager to learn and grow within the ServiceNow platform. As a Junior Developer, you will assist in the design, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and modules. You will work closely with senior developers and IT teams to support our ServiceNow instance and help optimize workflows. This role is Remote supporting San Diego, CA.JOB DUTIES:
Assist in designing and customization of ServiceNow applications, forms, and workflows.
Support the configuration and administration of the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Participate in design reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
Document technical processes and system changes.
Stay updated with new features and capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.
Create training guides and marketing materials.
QualificationsREQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Active Interim Secret Clearance.
Basic understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
DESIRED SKILLS:
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Account Management and Field Service Management.
Basic understanding of ITIL processes and practices.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is a plus.
Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000.
