Commercial Relationship Manager IIIThe Commercial Relationship Manager (CRM III) has responsibility for establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with the banks most complex business clients. The CRM III works with internal partners to facilitate delivery of a comprehensive suite of commercial loan and deposit solutions within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate is committed to new business development and must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Key Responsibilities and Duties
Develops and maintains an active prospect list, outreach plan, and referral sources.
May be tasked with mentoring or supervising more junior associates and assisting junior associates with the analysis and evaluation of credit relationships.
Assists Regional Commercial Banking Manager with establishing team volume targets and P&L management.
Other duties as assigned.
Serves as the primary advisor for a portfolio of complex commercial relationships.
Engages Bank partners to provide a complete suite of deposit, loan, and related business services.
Contributes to growth of the bank through origination of new commercial loans and deposits, and related fee income.
Provides a high level of customer satisfaction and retention while facilitating the resolution of customer needs and issues.
Identifies, gathers, and analyze information to assess credit risk, establishes viability of sources of repayment and determines appropriate loan structure making recommendations regarding structure, risk ratings, credit decisions to management in line with policies and procedures.
Represents the Bank at industry and community functions.
Maintains an awareness of competitive products, rates, and changes in the market area.
Identifies opportunities to introduce customers to other lines of business.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience as a Commercial Lending Officer in the C&I space
Experience with sponsor finance and/or companies with private equity ownership
Knowledge of commercial credit, banking products is essential
Analytical/technical skills including understanding of Cash and Accrual Financial Statements & modeling
Motivated, self-starter with ability to adapt using sound judgment navigating ambiguity to get things done
Investigatory, due diligence, and risk analysis skills
Ability to develop business relationships
Established COI’s and referral sources
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
