Chief Storekeeper
Salary: $5,369.64 - $6,838.20 Monthly

Under general direction, the Chief Storekeeper oversees multiple-function stores and supervises, assigns, reviews, and participates in the work of staff responsible for storekeeping and store related duties; ensures work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures; and performs the more technical and complex tasks relative to the assigned area of responsibility.
Minimum Qualifications:
Either: 1. Two years of full-time paid experience employed by Sacramento County in the class of Storekeeper II.
Or: 2. Five years of full-time paid experience involving receiving, recording, storing, and issuing a variety of supplies, equipment, and/or merchandise. Experience must include two years of full-time paid experience supervising a staff engaged in the activities of a storeroom or warehouse involving ordering, receiving, storing, recording, and issuing a variety of supplies, equipment, and/or merchandise.
Note: If the word “experience” is referenced in the minimum qualifications, it means full-time paid experience unless the minimum qualification states that volunteer experience is acceptable. Part-time paid experience may be accumulated and pro-rated to meet the total experience requirements.
