We are urgently seeking Caregivers who are compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality in-home care to seniors and individuals with disabilities. Caregivers support clients with daily living activities, safety, and companionship, helping them maintain independence and dignity in their own homes. This role requires a strong commitment to client care and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities could include -
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide respite care to support family caregivers.
Prepare meals, provide feeding assistance, and support proper nutrition.
Perform light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, vacuuming, and general tidying.
Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities as assigned.
Monitor client safety, including fall prevention and behavioral redirection.
Offer companionship, emotional support, and encouragement to promote overall well-being.
Qualifications -
Current California Home Health Aide (HHA) certification (preferred).
At least 6 months Home Care services
Negative TB test completed within the last two (2) years (required).
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Current CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
Willing and able to pass criminal background check
Work Environment -
Care is delivered in private homes.
Physical demands include standing, bending, lifting, and assisting with transfers.
