Price Pool Service is a growing company that provides swimming pool and spa services in the Sacramento/Folsom Region. We are currently seeking an experienced qualified candidate as contractor (25 to 35 hrs per week). Must have experience servicing pools.
We are a customer focused company that takes pride in the quality of pool care provided and goes above and beyond our competitors service levels and needs a detail oriented employee to provide excellent pool services including minor repairs and can interact with our client base.
Position expectations:
Ability to work independently in all weather conditions.
Must be able to follow instructions
Experience with minor repairs a plus
Ability to lift 40-60 pounds
Maintain a clean appearance (Company shirt and/or hat)
Reliability is critical
Friendly and outgoing need to interact with customers daily
Must have an excellent driving record
Background check will be required
Professional, Dependable and reliable.
Work responsibilities:
Pool Chemical Testing
Pool/Spa cleaning (empty baskets and sweep bags, brushing, vacuum, skimming etc.)
Deliver negotiated services based on various service level offerings
Filter Cleanings
Minor repairs
Daily service reports
Spotting equipment failure, problems or leaks
Communicating with customers (this is extremely important)
Complete weekly service log

Job Type: Full-time or Part time with set hours
Salary: Average $18 to $30 per hour - $11 per pool for full service pools and $6 for Basic service pools you can service 2 to 4 pools per hour depending on services needed and location.
Customer Service monthly bonus:
$25 bonus per month Customer Satisfaction and employer satisfaction bonus (no client complaints or cancellations, and follows company processes).
$25 Bonus if you sign a new client
$20 Payment for each filter cleaning
Commissions on repairs
Requirememnts:
Valid Driver's License
Must be able to pass background check
Good driving record required
Required education: High school or equivalent, CPO certification a plus
Hard worker that follows instructions
Independent self motivated
Must take pride in your quality of work
