JOB DESCRIPTION
Looking for a reliable and hardworking individual, construction/handyman and or grounds keeping experience is a plus.
REGULAR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Property maintenance and repairs including:
- Fence and gate installation and repairs
- Remove and replace a/c filters
- Installation of ceiling fans, light fixtures and plumbing fixtures
- Sheetrock repairs, installation, tape and texture
- Calking and minor painting projects
- Assembly of furniture and/or other items
- Organization of shop, tools and equipment
- Run errands, pick up supplies and other duties as assigned
Routine landscaping and grounds maintenance
- Mowing and weed eating
- Replacement of damaged plants and shrubs
- Replacement of broken sprinkler heads
- Identify and report any safety issues or concerns
REQUIREMENTS
Basic understanding of property maintenance
Must be a team player and work well with others
Must have good communication skills and attention to detail
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a drug test
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems preferred, but not required
Ability to operate a tractor or backhoe is a plus
